Sales Professional

Part-Time & Full Time | Charlotte, NC or Remote

Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients throughout the sales funnel and pipeline stages, from initial outreach to closing deals. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and brand teams to develop innovative concepts and strategies for reaching and converting prospects. We’re looking for candidates with a proven track record of securing victories, both small and large, and who are driven to exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate for this role will possess at least 2 years of industry experience. You’ll need to be highly motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as you’ll be building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their success with Premier Connect.

 

Sales Professional Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or B2B sector.
  • Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, with experience in leveraging various social media channels to drive leads and conversions.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with prospective clients throughout the sales funnel and pipeline stages, from initial outreach to closing deals.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to overcome objections and close sales in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across marketing and brand teams to develop and execute innovative sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is preferred.
