Account Manager

At Premier Connect, we’re in search of a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. We’re seeking an individual who thrives on nurturing relationships and ensuring client success with our cutting-edge sales engagement platform. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a crucial role in understanding their unique needs and goals, and providing tailored guidance to maximize the value they derive from Premier Connect. Responsibilities include maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor throughout their journey with us. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment, ensuring that client expectations are not just met but exceeded. Candidates should have 2+ years of industry experience, and a track record of small-and-large wins.

 

Account Manager Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, client relations, or sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
